baddieastrology.com is run by Batwright LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the USA ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

who can use it

You must be 18 or older to use baddie astrology or to buy a subscription.

what it is

We turn your birth data and your answers into astrology readings, an astro map and a chat about your chart. The readings are written with the help of AI. Everything here is for entertainment and self reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not predict the future. Do not make important decisions based on it. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.

your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account safe, since anyone who can use it can use yours. You can delete your account at any time on the account page.

subscriptions and billing

• Pro costs $7.99 per week or $49.99 per year, plus any tax shown at checkout.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime on the account page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If we ever change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you.

fair use

Please do not abuse the service: no scraping, no reselling, no attempts to break or overload it, and no adding people to harass them. We may limit or close accounts that do. The chat has a daily message limit.

content

The site, its design and its writing belong to us. Your readings are yours to keep, screenshot and share. Your answers and messages stay yours; you let us use them only to run the service for you.

no guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will let you know on the site or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
